Psychology Resources was founded in 1979 and incorporated in 1997.  At Psychology Resources we provide quality services for children, adolescents, adults, and families.  Our licensed masters and doctoral level clinicians design interventions based on clinical research and best practices.  We employ a wide range of strategies and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, applied behavior analysis, and EMDR.

Psychological assessments are conducted to help diagnose emotional and psycho-educational problems and to make practical recommendations to individuals and those who care for them.  Types of problems we diagnose include Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, AD/HD, and learning disorders.

Individual psychotherapy is provided for people of all ages facing a variety of concerns.  Clinicians and clients agree on treatment goals, develop strategies, and enlist support to accomplish these goals.  Parents or caregivers of children participate in their child's treatment.

Marital counseling is provided to couples with a variety of concerns.  Pre-marital, marital and divorce counseling are general areas of concern presented in therapy.

Family therapy is provided to families with mental health and substance abuse problems.

Parent consultations are provided by our clinicians to help parents develop parenting skills and strategies based on behavior support techniques that work.
